Situated in the elegant beach resort of Agadir, the Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa Hotel is a peaceful paradise; a place for restoring your well-being and filling yourself with new energy through art, sports and balance.

The Hotel, with a private beach and surrounded by a huge garden, has two swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness centre, a Spa and Wellness Centre with Thalassotherapy treatments, massages and thermal baths, and organises boat trips and the possibility to go out on jet skis. The Sofitel also houses an "Art Gallery" that holds exhibitions of sculptures, paintings and photographs by contemporary artists, which change each year.

Designed by Moroccan architect Jamal Lamini Alaoui and the French interior designer Didier Rey, the hotel instils a sense of tranquillity with its shades of black and white and prestigious materials. In keeping with this ambiance, the project managers were looking for a high-end collection of stylish mixers and taps with an extremely modern and simple design, which would complement the Sofitel Hotel’s tribute to the modern styles of Moroccan culture.

The client chose the mixers from Fir Italia Playone 85 Feng Shui collection, which is renowned for its unique modern design and elegant square lines.

Mixers with a "Feng Shui" jet and freely flowing water that is visible inside the spout were deemed ideal for the 173 rooms and suites, which offer a haven of intimacy and serenity in the heart of the Berber capital, as well as in keeping with the spirit of the Thalassotherapy and Spa Institute, a place to detox and relax while enjoying the eternal spring of Agadir.
